IN-STOCK ITEMS
Products marked In Stock are available for immediate fulfillment and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
Products marked Backorder are not currently available for immediate shipment but have been ordered from the manufacturer or distributor.
Most backordered items ship within 7–14 business days. However, actual lead times may vary based on manufacturer production schedules, distributor inventory levels, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated shipping times for backordered products are provided as a guideline only and are subject to change.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Certain products may be designated as Special Order items. These products are sourced specifically for your order and may require additional lead time beyond our standard shipping estimates.
